TMF Merchants

TMF Merchants | MATCH Merchants | NMAS Merchants / VMAS Merchants

The MATCH File is a database file, previously and most commonly known as the Terminated Merchant File "TMF." It is maintained by MasterCard International and is the way by which MasterCard and Visa acquiring banks identify merchants, and the principals, which have been terminated for specific reasons.

Acquiring banks use the MATCH File / TMF database to allow them to identify merchants, and the principals, which have been terminated from processing MasterCard and Visa for various reasons.

All Acquiring Banks / Credit Card processors must query the MATCH file to determine whether your company, or its owners/principals, have been terminated previously.

We know that accepting credit card is an imperative aspect of your business. Many times it is possible for a merchant to be placed on the TMF for abnormally large growth. For whatever reason you have been placed on the TMF for, we can help your business to accept credit cards again.

Contact us about our merchant account services for merchants placed on a match file or terminated merchants file.

We work closely with you to ensure you avoid TMF listings in future and we can get your merchant account set up quickly and easily.
