Perpetual Payments Merchant Services & Card Processing was founded by industry professionals that were frustrated by the "Merchant comes last" philosophy so prevalent in the sector.

Our founders decided "enough is enough". Merchants generate all of the business that has made the Card Schemes (Visa, MasterCard etc) so wealthy, yet they are all too often ignored or at best tolerated. There are exceptions to this state-of-affairs however and Perpetual Payments is one of them.. Let us be your "light at the end of the tunnel".

VoiceTransact^TM is deployed by or on behalf of regulated Financial Services organisation's or via approved customer service organisations. VoiceTransact^TM is a multi service capable voice signature environment delivered as either a hosted platform that is currently available in 50 countries or as an in house managed solution using Voice Management Hubs (VMH) that are built and supported under a global agreement with Dell. VMH deliver off network capabilities that meet potential compliance or regulatory requirements. Migration from a VoiceTransact^TM hosted environment to a VMH in house managed solution to respond to potential regulatory or internal compliance requirements or changes is seamless. An extensive and growing range of standard modules enable voice signature deployment in multiple transactional or service environments in any spoken language. The VoiceTransact network guarantees service interoperability between "member" organisations in exactly the same way the existing Card networks enable inter-bank usage and revenues.

Perpetual Payments is a trading name of VoiceTransact Merchant Services^TM (VTMS) - a multiple media Payment Service Provider facilitating Mobile and Internet payment solutions (with optional escrow functionality). VTMS operates from our Cambridge UK centre and is approved and licensed under Card Scheme (Visa & MasterCard) Regulations as an MSP/TPP/ISO/PSP.

Use of VTMS enables businesses who advertise in print or other media to immediately monetise new sales opportunities.

VoicePay® is a directly operated consumer service that may also operate as a co-branded solution with a Bank deploying VoiceTransact. VoicePay lets consumers open an online "authorisation account" that requires no pre-payment or balance which then enables the completion of "on demand" voice signature supported purchases, the use of Person to Person payments, the use of automated escrow facilities on web sites (for example EBay) or the use of remittance or money transfer home services (subject to completion of Know Your Customer procedures).
